Any tips/ideas with puppy toilet and crate training? - crate training tips

I've recently bought a puppy, a very small breed Chihuahua (12 weeks), I decided that the best way would be to go to the toilet a drawer, but I would appreciate advice.
She hates it in the drawer, but I'll do my best to ignore it when she cries, of course, regularly made their own toilet and can not be here all together to close. I had only two days, I understand that you have time to get used to it.
Any idea what to do if you catch the bathroom in the house? Please do not rub their noses in it can be.
