I've installed before, now Windows. The problem is that the serial number can be supplied with Sony LocationFree is used only once per computer. So I wonder if the serial number still intact, so if exactly the same operating system on the same PC.

My best guess is that you can still use the serial number, as is always the same machine running every way. But to be still available.
If you bought directly from Sony LocationFree Player, I hope you have prepared your invoice / purchase information, and I suggest you go to the location of Sony's website for free and get the Customer Service number Free call before the reinstalling Windows.
